 Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream

Hey guys,
Today we will learn how to make a very delicious Chocolate cake with Chocolate butter Cream which is dense, rich, ultra chocolatey and almost similar to devil's food cake. It gonna take only 30 minutes to prepare. So, let's start.





Ingredients:
  • 2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 and 1/2 cups water
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • chocolate, chopped
Foresting:
  • Half cup butter
  • square chocolate melted
  • some salt
  • powdered sugar 3 cup
  • cocoa 1/4 cup
  • Heavy whipping cream 1/3 cup
Steps:
  • Heat the oven to 350°F. Grease and flour to baking pan and keep aside.
  • Mix sugar and 1/2 cup butter in bowl. Beat it at medium speed, mix until it become creamy. Then add sour cream, vanilla and eggs, And continue beating until it became smooth. Then add some flour, baking soda and salt into it and beat at low speed until it get well mixed.
  • give some water to boil in small pan. Remove from heat.  Immediately stir in unsweetened cocoa and 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate. Mix until became smooth. Add chocolate mixture to butter and beat at a low speed until became smooth.
  • Then pour butter into the pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. After that cool it .
  • Place 1/2 cup of butter and melted chocolate in bowl. Beat it at medium speed until it became creamy. Then add powdered sugar, cocoa and salt alternately with whipping cream, scraping bowl often and mix well after each addition until frosting is light and fluffy.
And then the delicious Chocolate Cake with Chocolate buttercream it ready to serve.
